Facilitate Dynamic Learning Experiences
Facilitating learning can range in scope from a small group gathered around equipment, to a meeting room with a few people, to a webinar with hundreds, even thousands, of participants. The content can be equally varied, from interpersonal skills to product knowledge to complex technical skills. In this workshop we will cover key topics such as the mandate of a skilled facilitator, the facilitator’s accountabilities, and how to engage learners and approach typical challenges that arise in the classroom.

To receive a MCPLC, you need to complete Assessing Performance Needs + Evaluation, Designing Learning Experiences, Facilitating Learning, and Partnering with Clients. Each course is three-days.
